It presents three different typologies for its housing units, namely: Type Apartment, Penthouse Apartment, and Garden Apartment.

All the housing units of the complex have the same internal configurations: Four Bedrooms (all suites), Living Room, Dining Room, Terrace with Barbecue Grill, Toilet, Kitchen, Laundry Room and Bathroom.

The difference lies in a larger leisure area in the Penthouse and Garden units, a situation that enables the implementation of a private pool in these apartments. Besides this, the housing complex itself has an Adult and Children's Party Room, Playground, Barbecue grill, Gym and Swimming pool.
